[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Daniel, The main is a very nice low contrast simple portrait, despite a few minor things (thumb that sticks up ("stick out like a sore thumb", a bit of the white background on the left, and the hightlight on the front hand), which could easily be dealt with in Photoshop if you so incline. I would have liked to see a bit more of the cat's face, and would have tried to dodge it just a bit. I like the composition very much with the light on the face, with most everything else in muted colors (that's why I would want to burn the front hand). I also like very much the back of the cat following the form of the (unseen) arm, and that of the front arm, and the curves of the elbows below.
