On the other hand, just like there are very clearly definable eras of his work (the early fuzzy wuzzies, the developing period, the realization of photography's potential with Monolith, his Wagnerian years of depression, and his stronger, more contrasty work near the end, a digital period would be just one more era in the evolution of the vision of the artist. And that it would be just as collectible, unless he printed large series. On the other hand, a larger series of his work might be just the ticket to make it more accessible to a wider audience, and I suspect he would have liked that.
