Solms isn't 'willing' to supply parts to independant repair techs at all... that's why Northvale changed their policy a few weeks ago restricting the parts supply. Our response to the changed policy - I suspect Seth's phone calls in particular - that caused a reversal of Northvale's policy. Next we have to work on Solms' policy.
