I don't have the references at hand, but a number of years ago when 
the Panomigon and the Cosina 15/4.5 came out, and the Cosina turned 
out to be very similar (and often cheaper) in price a couple of 
people tried out both. The Cosina turned out to be a better lens; not 
surprising, as a 15mm f/22 will be severely diffraction limited. 
Also, since it apparently is not a retrofocus design at all, it will 
show greater light falloff than the Cosina, which already suffers 
fairly strongly from this problem.

I'm certainly not interested in this lens.
