Hehehe.... Yes, I agree that a Leica is a Leica, but only if it's not a Leica. I like the M7 that I'm using, but I also like the Canon P... and I really *love* the Nikon S2 that I bought while in Kyoto. :-) >Anyway I want to once again tell you what a nice site you have - I >started off with the dog picture and then ended up in the >Woodworking section and enjoying that as well. Are you back from >Japan yet and if so when are those pics going to be up on the web Thanks for the kind words! I'm writing this on the plane as I speak (somewhere east of Anchorage according to the flight display). I dropped off my rolls of chrome the day before I left and picked them up at Horiuchi Color Lab (the best color lab in Japan) right before catching my plane. Glancing at them at the airport lobby, there are a lot of shots that I'm happy with, so I'll be posting them to my gallery when I get back. I only shot 7 rolls of chrome and 3 rolls of B&W during the 4 weeks while I was here. I used the Leica almost exclusively (except for 2 rolls with the R2). My EOS-3 system sat in my camera bag, gathering mold. Ten rolls is less than normal, so I'm a bit unhappy in that regard... Maybe I should buy a Abrahamsson Leicavit.... or the M-motor. :-) Karen Nakamura http://www.photoethnography.com - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
