I have a number of the Voigtlander lenses and it's easily the one I use the most. Sharp, contrasty, excellent, great value for money. Regardless of its aesthetic failures you should get a hint of the sharpness of this lens from the second image. At the risk of being drummed out of the "Leicakorps", it is the Vogtländer 21/4 Skopar. I had an Leitz screw-to-bayonet adapter from days of yore. The lens is as smooth as a baby's a** and as soon as it stops pouring, I'm going to shoot some chromes with my M2. Anybody have any thoughts, experiences, comments, etc. about this optic?
