Bonsoir Frank,

  Agreed.  Let s not bore the LUG with such trivialities as the great
canadian constitution debate.  However I d like to paraphrase Rene Levesque
(I think) who mentioned that the supreme court is like the Pisa tower,
always leaning on the same side :-) .  Over and out on this topic.
