Subject: [Leica] OT:Great film: Winged Migration

I don't think a single Leica ANYTHING was used in making this film. But
they sure could have been. This is a poetic film with some aerial
sequences that are breath-taking and which must have been shot from like
six feet with a 35mm lens given the depth of field. There are too many
amazing visuals to even remember - although flying through Paris leaps
to mind, an avalanch somewhere in the world, some splendid sequences in
the high southern latitudes.

The only downside: I would have liked to know WHERE many of these images
were made. I can guess, now, based on the credits, but too much happens
to really know.
