I believe Nikon is planning a full frame DSLR. Your other points about most pros not wanting or needing full frame are dubious. Since photojournalism went mostly digital a few years ago, how many good wide angle shots do you see in the journalism print media? I follow the business both because I find it interesting, and that I understand that nobody---not even Leica (or B.D. for that matter)---exists in a vacuum.
