A couple weeks back, I rented a half table at a local camera show to rid myself of my extras. It's also a good way to get a dose of equipment talk, in friendly territory. Anyway, the fellow next to me had one, so I had a chance to play with it. Like I say, it seems made for the CP5000, which I have. While its output might seem a problem with film, for digital it's plenty. Today I took a group shot of cement workers from a good distance with nary a problem. The ISO setting is somewhat irrelevant, as it is linked to the camera's settings. On the CP5000, it will go from ISO 100 to 800. Frankly, I like so much I'm thinking of using it on my Rollei 6003 Pro tomorrow, with the 90 degree adapter, as a very light fill. I've yet to give it a run through on the Leicas, but that's coming soon. When it comes to the weight of individual pieces of gear, low weight factors heavily on my decision.
