I can complete a job and FTP the files to a client on the same day with digital. Film has to be processed, mounted, and scanned before I can send it. Even with the Nikon LS4000 and a bulk scanner attachment, the scanning from my trip to Honduras takes weeks. I mailed out a CD with the digital photos the day after I got back. As I said, I'll continue to use the M's and film for my personal work, but for the business of photography, digital is much more economical.
