I find it can easily go flat on me. I think Graham is have problems the other direction (too much contrast). But on the main, it's really a nice film. I've been getting very nice results with available light (window lighting) that really surpass results I was getting before. I've only used Xtol with it but since that works, I'll just stick with it. I haven't tried EI 800 or 1600 (we've finally got a fair share of light up here). But I think I will soon, just to see. I've been using digital and the Rolleicord a lot lately. But I run through a few rolls of Tri-X a week just to get some routines down. Sorry about them being mostly family. Socially, I've been living pretty isolated lately (read: working too much). So I take what I can :) Thanks again, Daniel - ------ Date: Sun, 27 Apr 2003 17:01:27 +0100 From: "Mark Pope" <leica.user@ntlworld.com> Subject: Re: [Leica] PAW 17 dlridings Message-ID: <003101c30cd6$44cb3a90$6f00a8c0@Markslaptop> References: <Pine.SOL.4.44-qp.0304271705420.23558-100000@hedvig.uio.no> Hi Daniel, these are an excellent set of images. I especially like the main image - loads of attitude and alt 2 - she seems totally absorbed in whatever is going on outside the window. This new TRI-X has a really nice look. I have a few rolls to try out. Mind you, it will take something to get me move away from HP5 plus...!
