Yes, NY. Each county adds on a percentage calculated by their 
legislature. I'm in Ulster County and can save 1/4% by buying across 
the Hudson in Dutchess County. NY also has the virtually uncollectable 
"use" tax on goods bought out of state. And an unincorporated business 
tax, and , and, and =:O
