the viso II and III have an especially long flange to film-plane
spacing (not surprising since it has to go through the viso mirror box
plus the M body), hence viso lenses can be used on R with adapter 14167.
cameraquest also sells adaptors for viso lenses on nikon, canon, other SLRS.
the leitz 200 f/4 and 280 f/4.8 are two lenses which fall into your prescribed
range.  they are fine lenses, and--unusual for leica glass--they are
bargain-priced: i was able to find them each for under $300.
