One Macro-Adapter-R (catalog #14256), front and rear caps, and original 
box, which has worn spots. This is the adapter for R series cameras. 
However, Doug Herr has adapted one to work on his Leicaflex SL.

Price is $150.00, including Priority Mail shipping and insurance. Please
