Amazing how many different ways there are to remove a stubborn filter.

Part of the problem is that in trying to remove the filter, we squeeze the
edges thus jamming it against the lens threads even more.

I have been well verved by the "Boa Strap", a rubberized noos that grips the
filter evenly and twists it off with no problem.
