On the contrary!  I have been offered the same product, with
or without a Passport Plan. When I say the same product, I
mean the SAME product, not an identical one.  I opted instead
for a perfect used one, with the store's warranty, at half the price.

I do not argue with price structure like that. I accept it and do
what I prefer: Buy used.
