Can you obtain good B&W prints working with 8 bit files compared to 16 bit files? Now that I've purchased and registered Photoshop Elements 2.0, I have found that it only works with 8 bit B&W files. If I use the Epson 2200 printer, am I limiting the output quality? The person who advised me to just bite the bullet and buy Photoshop 7 may turn out to be sage wisdom. Thanks.
