I plan on having the film processed by a local lab that does >automated processing and automated printing. I don't plan on scanning, so >color balance from automated printing is important to me. I'll try the >FujiPress 800, and shoot it 1/2 stop slower. Austin Using Fuji Superia 800 ASA, the one I've shooted many thousand pics, indoors you'll get for sure yellow cast if ordinary domestic lights or greenish cast if fluorescent ones but not quite different than other let's say standard film from any big manufacturer. The Fuji Superia 800 has very nice warm tones in low temperature colour light and standard balance at sunlight. Unless you pro photofinisher be dumb you'll get nice family pics in available light slightly on the warm side which I think is appropriate. Kind regards Felix Ps. I do prefer a pleasant colour balance than a perfect one, but I never was, nor I am, a perfectionist. - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
