Like a combination of Pizza and Spaghetti and a hamburger. Pretty soon they'll be fast food macaroni and cheese joints. Drive throughs. The bad reasoning behind that is that the whole point to macaroni and cheese is you make it yourself. Have you seen how they want you do put all the ingredients in the same pot at once and boil it all down like you'd make it in the microwave? I tried that five times and it does not work. Not even close. So I'm back to making the pasta end of it separately and then adding the powder later with the milk. Americans with their macaroni and cheese could get to be like the Japanese with their obsession with noodles if its not like that already. At my Yuppie grocery store they have a whole shelf devoted to Yuppie macaroni and cheese with exotic cheeses and roonies. Spices. White macaroni and cheese as well as yellow. Amazing how when we change to a different shape of paste we think we are eating somthing else! "I had Rigatoni yesterday today I'll have Linguini!!"
