I wonder what is the typical aperture you use for this kind of shots. I assume it is not f1 but probably 1.4, otherwise the vignetting woud be worst, unless you "phtoshopize" the scan? Can you tell us more on this? On my side I try to avoid to use my Noct " aperture 1 and 1.2 if the background is like the sky, snow, sand... because of the strong vignetting. logan >http://www.shinozuka-family.com/20020622beach/.thumbnails/page.html > >(i did this because i discovered that eazel nautilus automatically >made these nice-looking thumbnails, and i figured, why not use them?) > >i'll eventually come up with a better url convention. > >-rei > >-- >Rei Shinozuka shino@panix.com >Ridgewood, New Jersey > >-- >To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
