And remembering someone on this list's complaint about how "rude" and demanding Nachtwey was with his printer I was struck by how polite, deferential yet instructive, and collaborative he was with his printer. It just goes to show how two people can witness precisely the same scene or event, from precisely the same vantage point, and see two completely different events. So much for the value of eye witnesses. ............... B.D. I agree with you. James is so mild-mannered he makes Mr. Rogers of Sesame Street seem rude by comparison. I was very impressed with him. Also, I found it interesting that he used an incident meter with a Canon EOS auto-everything camera shooting Tri-X. The darkroom scenes gave an idea to the non-photographer in the audience just how dodging and burning are done. I hope someday to be able to own that film when it becomes available at reasonable cost. Bill Lawlor - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
