And don't forget I'm talking about people with lots of gear hanging from necks and shoulders, jostling each other at times, banging into things - not someone with a single camera, taking great care, etc. I believe, in fact, though I may be wrong, that Leica in fact made some sort of modification to the first version of the shutter speed dial - was it that they tightened it up, or placed a "guard" of some sort on the front? I may be smoking something here, but I'm sure that some of our history/equipment/ mavens can set me straight. B. That sound a bit improbable to me...I mean, the rewind lever is on the front of the M6, and, at least with the shooting I do...it's never been accidentally tripped...
