Change your user o-rings once a year and do not worry too much. However the internal o-rings flatten over time and will not seal properly if you go underwater. SO, if one day a few years from now, you decide to go snorkeling, YOU NEED TO HAVE A COMPLETE SEAL CHANGE FIRST.
