I also agree that the off-camera use of the SF-20 with a cord is the way to go; although I have had very good results using the SF-20 with a Konermann diffuser on -camera. I use a rapidwinder and rapidgrip on my M6's so the additional mass of the SF-20 or Metz 32Z2 is really not a problem for me.
