[Leica] PAW site D L Ridings

I finally got organized and set up a PAW page 2003. Nothing fancy, just
the template from Kyle C. slightly adjusted.

I considered putting it up on my work machine, but decided not to mostly
out of principle ... I should be doing other things at work.

Thanks to those who took the time to look and comment and criticize. It
won't be filled up until after the first week of February, but then I
should have some goodies to make up for the silence.
