They also notify the seller so that usually gets things going. Then phone him if you can. Keep on trying to contact him everyday. DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for at least a month or so. There is no rush and for all you know his daughter was just killed in a freak accident involving dental floss.
