It's not my beef when you get into a nasty situation and quite frankly some people get their "highs" and "kicks" in such endeavours. As far as whether a stripper's feeling will get touchy, I have no idea. Professional photographers know their limits and at times respect the rights of others, but it seems to me that amateur camera-toggling shutterbugs want to play that role in attempting to bag such a picture and quite often DO get in trouble.
