Sounds like the scandinavian equivalent of the sunny sixteen: If you can still make out some shadows (at all, that is if there is any light at all), 1/15 at f2 :) (but that's at 1600 ... with anything slower, just hold the shutter down for a while on B and then let it up eventually).
