On an item this, I have no fear of the 90 day warranty, as it's in perfect condition...and I certainly don't want anyone buying something from me that would be destined to fail on me anyway! As far as the 10 days goes, I want someone to like what they bought, and be perfectly comfortable and happy with it. I can always re-sell it, and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, so I'm really not out much except my time...and I have no problem with that... The only caveat is if there is any damage while in the buyer's hands. Of all the gear I've sold, I've only had one return on a Contax AX, and not for anything wrong, it just wasn't the right camera for the buyer. I have never had anyone take me up on the warranty.
