As for Sherry Krauter's CLA... Theyre very good & she's religiously attentive. I'm told that its closer to a full mechanical breakdown than a lube & adjustment. Its very time intensive. She's one of the few people inthe world who was factory trained on the CL, so she's a true expert. M cameras are a fast turnover for her, a few weeks. She says she's faster & cheaper than LeicaNJ. But the LTM bodies....prepare to wait for at least a YEAR....probably longer. She has a LOT of barnack bodies waiting for attention. She has email: krauter@warwick.net As for the M6ttl, I've never had a battery problem w/ my classicM6 bodies. The batteries last at least a year. I've had several friends comment that their batteries died within weeks inthe TTL. Some needed the voltage drain reset. Some just had to stop leaving the shutter advanced, or simply turn the shutterdial off. But I dont like that. I think a leica should be ON & advanced. And I've never used flash w/ the leicas, I save that for my point & shoots or AutofocusSLRs. A shame they didnt make the old classic M6 w/a brass top plate. - -bernard delgado ===== "They misunderestimated me." - -'W' __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Y!
