So they told everyone to not use 1:3 on ANYTHING. ANY film! I don't use T-Max 100 but i do use Delta 3200 sometimes in 120 format @ asa 1200 and it needs a stronger dilution than 1:3. So I give it 1:1 reluctantly but it's no big deal i almost never use it. It does look also for that film at 1:1.
