Subject: [Leica] OT: internet while traveling in south america

While travelling through South America in Nov-Feb, in say Peru, Boliva, Chilie,
Argentina and perhaps Brazil - I'm wondering at the extent of internet cafes.

Are these common in the larger metro areas? Does it make sense to ask about a
general cost?

I figure there are savy travelers out there and could give advice.
