So there I was morally outraged at the obviously sick and wrong actions 
of a fellow Leica-User. Holy Doodle was that person going to feel the 
flame of my wrathful email! I composed a real zinger, a humdinger of a 
put-in-placer and then I hesitated.

WWBD, what would Brian do? I thought about it carefully. It was 
absolutely obvious that this person had transgressed the most 
fundamental prohibitions of Leicakind. Yet...should not one give the 
wayward soul a chance to repent? So I sent the stinker to them saying 
that I was going to post this to the L-U but thought I should check 
with them first. And I waited for a contrite apology to appear: proof 
that yet another one had been saved from the heat by my timely flames.

Well...it turns out that I Did Not Know The Whole Story. And the only 
reason I do not look like a complete ass is that I posted to them and 
they politely filled in the missing pieces. So all you Reformers with 
Flaming Emails in Your Quiver, Intent On Reforming the World. Take care 
lest the fire you ignite consumes you!
