I have Jonathan Eastland's "Leica M6 TTL Handbook", published by Ajax, ISBN 0-9536241-0-2 and distributed in the US by Leica Gallery, Broadway, NY.

It's pretty good - I used to refer to it a lot when I first got an M6 TTL, but the photographs are really not up to scratch for such a tome, especially the black and whites. Although he does mention at one point that they were all shot on colour neg and converted to greyscale in Photoshop. Arrrggh!

Gene is exactly right about the TTL flash. The Metz website gives you a few alternatives, but personally I use the SF20, but it is only for fill.
