Nathan - Lovely work as usual, but more to the point...
Knowing that you are a serious Leica devote, I'd be interested in reading
your assessment of the R2.

Thanks

(cross-posting to IR list for obvious reasons)

For once I am showing pictures that were shot, developed and scanned in
the correct week. This week summer returned to the shores of Lake
Zurich, so I thought I would test IR film in my newly acquired Bessa R2.
All the pictures are shot with the Voigtlander Bessa R2 on Maco 820 IR
and a Heliopan 695 filter, developed in XTOL 1+1. Except for the last
alternate, all were shot within 500 metres from my house, and except for
the last two alternates, all were shot with the 35mm Summilux. Alternate
4 was made with the 90mm Apo Summicron, and Alternate 5 with the 50mm
Summilux.

This is our beach in Herrliberg:

Intersection of Seestrasse (the street I live on) and Steinradstrasse.
There are many vineyards along Lake Zurich, they all look pretty, but
for the most part the wine is not worth buying:

favourite pooping location:

Dead tree at Pfannenstiel, about 5 km from my house. I have been at this
location many times, and photographed this tree in all kinds of light,
in colour and B&W. Until now I have not had an image that I would show
to others, but this one I like:

and comments/critique are always welcome and appreciated.
