The sound engineers almost certainly know what a Leica really sounds like, but there'd be no point in reprodicing that sound in a movie; hardly anyone in the audience would hear it. Like the Enterprise sailing by making a deep roaring sound in Startrek. Everyone knows that starships make no noise in space. But only certain people will complain about it. ;-) dan c.
