It's just great for those tight, close-in shots, where camera position is critical. For casual shooting, the Voigtlander lenses might be easier to use. I compared this 3.5 to the new 2.8 Super-Elmarit-R and it was very hard to notice any differences on Velvia. So here's your opportunity to get a great 15 for less than half the price of a new one; and if we get a digital R9, you'll need this lens!
