I haven't had that problem with the paper I'm using...and I routinely print
13x19 prints...  The paper would have to have skewed in order for what you
say to happen, and that skew would be quite noticeable...  Are you sure you
are seeing prints with the two long sides different lengths???

The prints would also look a bit odd in a matte that is just slightly larger
than the print...and I haven't noticed that either...
