D60 weakness: - - only 3 AF captors - - price too high for amateur (??? D100=3000 Euros D60=3300 Euros ???) - - electronic noise @ more than 800 iso If you come than to the stars they give out of a max of 5: item: D100 /EOS D60 real resolution: 4/5 electroic noise: 5/4 exposure: 4/5 flash exposure: 5/4 colors: 5/5 ergonomy:4/5 fast actions usability: 4/4 landscape: 4/5 studio functionality 4/5 Finally the main difference they noticed is the sharpness of picture, the Canon is ahead. They noticed also that the D100 they tested is a pre-release and that they might still be some improvments later... Hope it helps, krgds, logan. >From: paul.huang@sg.artemisintl.com >Reply-To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us >To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us >Subject: [Leica] Re:Re: OT: Digital wars >Date: Tue, 25 Jun 2002 16:24:01 +0800 > > >Hi Sam, > >Sorry, I do not have any comparisons between Nikon and Canon.
