Subject: [Leica] Darkroom in a manufactured home

We're looking at replacing the ancient, narrow single-wide down in AZ with a
double-wide. I'd like to make one of the bedrooms into a darkroom. The design we
are looking at has a bathroom adjacent to bedroom.

Are there any issues involved in putting a darkroom in a manufactured home?
(That's double-wide trailer to most of us.) Is it steady enough? There's only
one window and they can sheet-rock over it when the house is built.

This will be my first darkroom but I'm likely to be doing a LOT of work in it
(God willing.) So any recommendations etc would be greatly appreciated.
