    You fail to mention the REASON for the court order.  How
about putting things in context?  The good people of Kansas
City, Missouri's white suburbs had "gerrymandered" their school
districts in order to remain "seperate but unequal".

    A comprehensive discusion of the failures of our society in
the education of its children would make previous OT rants look
like one liners.
