Judging by the difference in finish, I will venture a
guess that you have something about 20 years older than the
focoslide. I will guess that it is either from one of the
earliest copy sets, or perhaps something made for the
medical proffesion.
You might find it in a copy of the "Leica Accesory
Guide".
