You might want to ask for your money back for your online service contract....oh wait ... This is a free, ad-hoc collection of people who for one reason or another either didn't see your question, didn't know the answer or for 101 other reasons didn't get you your answer. So your pissed off at a free, ad-hoc forum. I imagine you get pissed off a lot if this incident is an example. I'd suggest unsubscribing.
