I agree my pb is mainly grain aliasing. My delta 3200 was shot at 1600ASA and rush-developped at 3200 by a (too) big pro lab I could'nt choose. "Wet" Prints were more than correct and have been published, but I'm sure they didn't use neither DDX or XTol (probably "generic" Ilfotec). My bad scanning personal test came later. Your contributions encourage me going further in both directions I was wondering at: - - "home-made" finer grain dvpt - - higher resolution scans (of course without any ICE). Any interest going up to 4000dpi or more? I noticed it's difficult but not irrealist to get good scans from this very nice Ilford... Matter of trials and errors, as often! Thanks for optimizing both.
