With the aid of a decent book, it is fairly straight forward. I have two - one that is called 'learn HTML in 10 minutes' (or at least I think that's the title - the book is out on loan at the moment) and the most useful one that I have found is the O'Reilly HTML pocket reference. HTML isn't really difficult, unless you want to do complicated things with it. But then I feel that a simple approach often works best anyway. Too many bells and whistles just spoil a site in my view. Well, that's my 10p worth. Have fun!
