Below are several events in the near future so anyone living in the Southeast US or passing through might avail themselves. Michael Kenna: Lecture October 18 at the Atlanta College of Art. Ongoing exhibition at Jackson Fine Art, September 21-November 3rd. www.jacksonfineart.com This is the gallery that gave so much advice to Elton John as he built up his collection. Jean Miele has an exhibition at the Fernbank Museum from August 31-January 1. There will also be a lecture/demonstration on archival digital printing October 20, 2001 at the Museum. www.fernbank.edu Ernest C. Withers has a show at the High Museum of Art, Folk Art Gallery: "Pictures tell the Story" taken on Beale Street in Memphis starting in the 40's.
