It isn't hard to second guess that at all. That is the equivalent of
putting all of another minority in prison based on the assumption that
they are more likely to commit crimes. The Bill of Rights also covers
American citizens of Japanese ancestory.

So?  At the time, that was probably a very smart thing to do.  Easy to
second guess at this point in time.
