At times like this misinformation must be separated out.  If you look at 
all of them there is no real celebration.  Just a few camera hungry kids in 
the foreground (one has an adult egging them on) or someone shouting out of 
there car.  But in the background everyone is going about there 
business.  It is just a few people acting for the camera. (Propaganda)
