I think what Austin is saying - and I KNOW he will correct me if I'm wrong ;- ) - is that no terrorist, and no act of terrorism, should ever again be tolerated anywhere. The U.S. is at war, and when it comes to dealing with those with whom we are at war, outside the US we should hunt them down and kill them - NOT try to extradite them, and bring them back for trial as though they were burglars who stole a t.v. We should hunt them down and you kill them. Period. Inside the U.S., yes, ALL normal due process should apply, and should always apply. Because the thing the terrorists want most is to see us trample on our own Constitutional system, to panic and restrict the rights of all in the U.S. And we should not, and cannot afford to do that.
